My journey in the cannabis industry started when I was working as a trimmer in college, studying for a degree in IT. I immediately fell in love with the industry and the amazing potential of this plant. I also witnessed first-hand the problems that growers face, such as losing plants to fertilizer burns, pesticide burns, bug pressure, and other stress-related issues.
With a passion for helping others, Drew's THC Consulting was founded with the goal of expediting the learning process for cultivators. Our team shares their secrets and techniques that have been developed through years of experience and trial and error in the industry and at home grows. Our firm believes that our expertise and techniques can help improve any facility and sort out any growing problems that may arise.

Additionally, I have introduced several cultural changes to enhance workplace efficiency, minimize pest pressure, and enhance record keeping. I implemented data tracking systems to monitor and evaluate the success of these changes, providing a comprehensive picture of the operation's progress. Through these efforts, I have been able to consistently drive positive outcomes and deliver value to my employer.
